"About 1.5 million Ukrainian families should receive such support," Rozenko said.
Under the government's decision, the payments will amount to about 700 hryvnia in cash.
The deputy prime minister ordered to review all the regulatory acts, including those regulating the use of benefits.
The Cabinet adopted a decision to pay off part of the saved benefits on April 26.
As reported, the government ruled that Ukrainians with unpaid communal services would receive no utility subsidy since May 1.
