The official wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
"The civil service reform, which we launched immediately after creation of our government, should help overcome institutional weakness and replace an obsolete Soviet system by a European model of governance," the PM said.
"At today's government meeting, Oleksandr Saienko presented a number of decisions concerning upgrade of nine ministries that will be completely rebooted and soon able to attract about 1,000 young and motivated experts willing to change our country for the best," Hroisman said.
