Censor.NET reports citing 112 Ukraine quoting press officer for Donetsk region National Police Nataliia Shyman.
She commented on the state of a volunteer who was wounded in Marinka shelling yesterday.
"The wounded is in the hospital in Pokrovsk, undergoing medical treatment... Fortunately, no civilian casualties have been reported."
She said the police have inspected the shelled area and documented all evidence. A probe into the incident has been launched.
"The town is still under attack. We talked to the local police this morning. They are now in one of the local schools, preparing the children for possible evacuation. As soon as the shelling is over, a crime investigation team will be dispatched to asses the inflicted damage and identify people who require help," Shyman added.
As previously reported, militants attacked Marinka with mortars and IFVs.
