Censor.NET reports citing the latest update by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) headquarters press center as of 6 p.m. April 24.
"The enemy fired at positions near Avdiivka in the Donetsk direction with 82 mm mortars, anti-tank grenade launchers, and large-caliber machine guns.
"In Prymorske direction, the enemy employed 122-mm man-portable Partizan missile launcher and small arms against Shyrokyne. The militants fired upon defenders of Vodiane with large-caliber machine guns and attacked Ukrainian troops deployed near Mariinka with small arms. Sniper attacks were also recorded in Marinka.
"Ukrainian servicemen strictly adhered to the cease-fire deal and did not open fire in response," the situation report reads.
As reported, the combined Russian and separatist troops committed 34 attacks on the strong points of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbas April 23.
