Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman said in Kharkiv, Censor.NET reports citing his press secretary Dmytro Stoliarchuk as saying on Twitter.
"Hroisman told journalists in Kharkiv: no increase in gas prices is planned," Stoliarchuk wrote.
Hroisman added the government is promoting the idea of reducing the gas production rent to 12 percent, which will contribute to the country's energy independence.
