"Today we have referred a final indictment against the CEC chairman. We are ready to provide all evidence to our fellow prosecutors so that they agree the indictment," Sytnyk said.

As reported, CEC chief Okhendovskyi is suspected of having received cash from the Party of Regions "black ledger." The official said the evidence against him was "poor." Later, the NABU came up with expert examination results proving the authenticity of Okhendovskyi's signatures in the "black ledger."
