Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko said on air of Espreso TV, Censor.NET reports.
"The accumulative system is a separate type of savings that are not eaten away immediately as in case with the solidarity system we have now... This system prevents pension deposits from going up in flames and instead multiplies them, accumulates. This gives you the opportunity to receive a high pension in the future," Rosenko said.
According to him, the key feature of the accumulative system is a possibility of transferring the amassed funds by inheritance.
"Today, there is no such opportunity. After a person dies, his family gets nothing," the vice premier said.
