 Chief of Ukraine's utilities regulator says his resignation approved

The head of the the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities Dmytro Vovk claims his resignation has already been accepted.

He announced it addressing Ukrainian lawmakers, a Censor.NET parliamentary correspondent reports.

"As for my resignation, I want to tell you it has already been approved. In accordance with the law and a presidential decree [his microphone got silent for a moment - ed.]... Two people will be additionally discharged in November. I also know I have been fired by a presidential decree. This decision has already been taken," Vovk said.
