As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) Staff's press center on Facebook.
Donetsk direction remains the hotspot of the fire confrontation. It was the hottest in Avdiivka and Troitske area, the defenses of which were sprayed by the enemy with 120 mm and 82 mm mortars. Strongpoints at Kamianka, Krymske, and Luhanske came under 120 mm mortar fire. The positions at Opytne were impacted from 82 mm mortars.
The enemy employed grenade launchers and large caliber machine guns upon Avdiivka, Pisky, Nevelske, and Opytne. Positions at Luhanske and Krymske came under IFV weapon fire.
In Mariupol direction, 82 mm mortars were used by Russian militants to impact strong points of Taramchuk and Krasnohorivka.
Defenders of Vodiane, Pavlopil, Lebedynske, and Krasnohorivka came under grenade launcher and large caliber machine gun fire. At Shyrokyne, an anti-aircraft missile system Zu-23-2 was firing. Snipers were operating in Hnutove and Vodiane area.
In Luhansk direction, strongpoints at Novozvanivka were impacted by Russian terrorist troops from large caliber machine guns, 120 mm and 82 mm mortars. Positions at Novooleksandrivka came under grenade launcher and large caliber machine gun fire.
"In order to suppress fire activity of the enemy, the ATO forces were opening fire in retaliation," the ATO press center said.
As reported, militants committed 58 attacks against ATO forces on March 27.
