Censor.NET reports referring to presidential press secretary Sviatoslav Tseholko quoting Petro Poroshenko as saying.

Head of the representative office of the European Investment Bank in Ukraine Liliya Cherniavska said speaking at a meeting of the Regional Development Council: "One of the flagship operations for us and for the country is the support of people who have found themselves in a plight because of the conflict in the east."
