Head of Samopomich party and Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi told ZN.UA, Censor.NET reports.
The Lviv regional prosecutor's office will serve a notice of suspicion to Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi before March 21.
"The regional prosecutor's office is working very hard. They got their orders from top officials and might serve a note of suspicion to me in the coming days. My dismissal will be the next step," Sadovyi said.
Lviv mayor admits that the court's decision will be quite predictable because Ukrainian judicial system is a top-down command structure. Sadovyi is going to defend his rights in court.
In case of dismissal of Sadovyi his position will be taken by the secretary of the Lviv City Council Anatolii Zabarylo.
