As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the ATO Staff's press center on its Facebook page.
"Russian terrorist troops are using more and more weapon that should be withdrawn from the demarcation line under the Minsk agreements. A total of 106 attacks were recorded; 44 of them with the use of mortars, in two of them tanks were employed, and one shelling with 122 mm artillery," the report says.
The Staff says the largest number of attacks was recorded in Mariupol direction, where positions at Vodiane, Pavlopil, and Hnutove came under mortar fire of the enemy. In Marinka, a tank was operating. An IFV weapon fired upon Vodiane, Shyrokyne, and Berezove. Snipers were active at Hnutove, Novomykhailivka, and Shyrokyne area.
In Donetsk direction, Avdiivka was the hottest spot. Russian mercenaries were actively shelling ATO positions there using machine guns, grenade launchers of various caliber, mortars, and a tank. Positions at Zaitseve, Opytne, Butivka mine, Luhanske, Troitske, and Kamianka were impacted from grenade launchers and mortars. Luhanske came under 122 mm artillery fire.
In the Luhansk region, strongpoints at Krymske were attacked from 120 mm mortars, grenade launchers, and machine guns. Positions at Novooleksandrivka, Zhovte, and Novozvanivka were sprayed by sniper fire.
"Over the past 24-hour period, six Ukrainian soldiers were wounded, one traumatized," the ATO Staff's press center reported.
Earlier, Russian troops attacked Ukraine Armed Forces' positions 97 times on March 13, killing one Ukrainian military, wounding four and traumatizing four.
