Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mariana Betsa wrote on Twitter, Censor.NET reports.
"Repressions in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea continue. Mejlis Deputy Head Dzhelialov was interrogated. We record all the facts for our international partners and legal actions. The world must know the truth!" she wrote.
In November 2016, Mejlis First Deputy Head Nariman Dzhelialov predicted a new surge in arrests in occupied Crimea.
