Censor.NET reports citing Twitter of the Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories.
"Avdiivka: according to Donetskoblenerho, the power engineers could only manage to visually inspect the damages at both sides of the front line. The power engineers could not do any restoration work as the security guarantees were not provided. Tomorrow an application to JCCC will be repeated,'' the report reads.
Due to Russian militants' shelling on March 11, Avdiivka went deenergized again.
