Head of EU Delegation to Ukraine Hugues Mingarelli told UNIAN, Censor.NET reports.
Mingarelli confirmed that the decision on the visa free regime had been taken in Brussels, and now, if everything is implemented according to the plan, it should enter into force by the end of June.
According to Mingarelli, "Ukrainians will be treated as any third national citizens. So, if the border control have certain doubts, they can ask some questions about the pays wherever they stay, whether they have sufficient money with them and if they can't prove it, like any third national, they can be denied the access. But they will be treated as the third nationals of any other country which has a visa free regime with the EU."
On March 9, the EP's Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs voted in favor of visa liberalization for Ukraine.
