PGO summons MPs Liashko, Lozovyi, Levus, Biletskyi for interview over possible tax evasion

The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine (PGO) summoned several members of Ukrainian parliament for questioning over possible tax evasion.

As reported by Censor.NET, spokeswoman for Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko Larysa Sarhan said on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"The reason is simple: tax evasion is possible since these lawmakers declared certain amounts in cash in their income statements. Therefore, we wonder whether these MPs have properly paid all the taxes," Sarhan said.

According to the prosecutor general's spokesperson, the lawmakers will be interviewed in the coming days. However, the law enforcement agency specified no particular dates.
