As reported by Censor.NET, this was said by Samopomich parliamentary faction member Andrii Zhurzhii on air of Espreso.TV.
According to him, the information that Nasirov allegedly had a heart attack was not confirmed. Besides, Zhurzhii said that Nasirov was not operated. According to the lawmaker, the operation was staged to prevent taking the official to the detention center.
"I managed to talk with the doctors. I managed to talk with the investigators. The doctors actually examined Mr. Nasirov. Yesterday's statement regarding the heart attack was disproved," the MP said.

Earlier, NABU and SAP agents arrived at Feofania hospital to serve an indictment for criminal offence against Ukraine's chief taxman Roman Nasirov. The doctors barred the investigators and prosecutor from entering the ward saying Nasirov had allegedly suffered a heart attack.
Nasirov is accused of taking unreasonable decisions on restructuring rental fees for the extraction of minerals, which helped Ukraine's fugitive MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko implement corruption schemes he is being charged with.
March 3, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine suspended Nasirov from office pending investigation. Myroslav Prodan was appointed acting head of the State Fiscal Service.
On March 16, 2016, the NABU raided the office of Verkhovna Rada MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko as part of a pre-trial investigation into abuse of office during the sale of natural gas extracted jointly with Ukrhazvydobuvannia SE.
Later, the NABU requested the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) to strip Onyshchenko of immunity. Moreover, the NABU and the PGO claim Onyshchenko is involved in the embezzlement of 1.6 billion hryvnia ($64.02 million).
On June 16, Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko issued a motion requesting Verkhovna Rada's consent for criminal prosecution, arrest, and pre-trial detention of Onyshchenko. On July 5, the parliament approved the detention and arrest of the lawmaker.
It turned out Onyshchenko was in the U.K. at that moment and had already applied for political asylum.
On Dec. 1, 2016, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) announced it suspected fugitive MP Onyshchenko of high treason. As noted, the MP acquired Russian citizenship in exchange for cooperation with Russian authorities to destabilize the situation in Ukraine. On the same day, Onyshchenko said he had provided compromising materials against President Poroshenko to the American intelligence authorities.
