 Prosecutors conduct 15 searches under Ukrzaliznytsia corruption case

The members of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office simultaneously carried out 15 searches in the state-run railroad operator Ukrzaliznytsia and its partner companies under criminal proceedings initiated into corrupt practices today, March 2.

Spokeswoman for the prosecutor's office Nadiia Maksymets wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office investigators in conjunction with the members of the Security Service of Ukraine conducted 15 simultaneous searches under corruption case initiated into Ukrzaliznytsia PJSC Today, March 2, 2017.

"The searches were held at the offices of Ukrzaliznytsia, its corporate suppliers, insurance company and at places of residence of the suspects in the case. The investigative activities are underway," she said.
