Gryzlov blames Kyiv for disruption of hardware disengagement in Donbas

Kyiv is breaching agreements reached by the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine (TCG) under the Minsk deal.

As reported by Censor.NET citing Interfax-Ukraine, this was announced by Russia's plenipotentiary representative in the TCG Boris Gryzlov.

"At the most recent TCG meeting, an agreement on the withdrawal of heavy weapons in accordance with the lines set out in the Minsk agreements was reached. This should have happened on Feb. 20. Unfortunately, I have to say that at the moment heavy weapons remain within the security zone along the entire demarcation line," Boris Gryzlov told journalists on Tuesday.

He argues it is Kyiv that is breaching the agreement.

"The current Ukrainian authorities do not seek to solve the pile of problems the region is faced with," the envoy alleged.
