 Two Ukrainian soldiers killed, five wounded as Russian militants commit 66 attacks today, - Staff

The Russian terrorist forces commit 66 assaults on the Ukrainian troops’ positions in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone as at 6 p.m. today. Two Ukrainian soldiers were killed and five were wounded as a result.

Censor.NET reports citing the latest update by the ATO Staff press center.

The statement reads: "66 attacks were recorded as at 6 p.m. Unfortunately, two our soldiers were killed and five were wounded.

"The militants shelled Halitsynivka village in Donetsk direction with BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launchers. Avdiivka, Luhansk, and Troitske came under strikes with 152 and 122 mm artillery, 120 and 82 mm mortars. Pisky and Luhanske were repeatedly shelled with tanks.

"In Mariupol direction, the illegal armed groups employed Grad MLRSs, 152 and 122 mm artillery against Talakivka; 120 and 82 mm mortars - against Vodiane, Krasnohorivka, Novotroitske, Lebedynske, Pavlopil, Shyrokyne, Marinka, Chermalyk; grenade launchers - against Hnutove. The enemy snipers committed attacks in Pavlopil. Vodiane was fired upon with IFV weapons; Chermalyk - with anti-tank missiles; Shyrokyne - with tank.

"The enemy shelled Novozvanivka in Luhansk direction with 152 mm artillery, employed 120 and 82 mm mortars against Troitske, Popasna, and Novozvanivka, and grenade launchers - against Krymske," the situation report reads.
