Censor.NET reports citing the statement by the press office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
"881 persons including 236 elderly people and 186 children attended warming centers as of 8 p.m. [Jan. 31 - ed.]. Three mobile kitchen trailers operate along with the warming centers," the agency said.
The regional commission on man-caused and environmental security and emergencies coordinates remedial operations in Avdiivka and granting aid to its residents.
229 personnel and 54 units of equipment, including 90 members and 30 units of equipment of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, are involved in the emergency response and restoration operations.
