As reported by Censor.NET referring to journalist Anton Naumliuk's Facebook page, lawyer Emil Kurbedinov has been indicted for an offense.
"Lawyer Emil Kurbedinov is charged with an offense under article 20.3 (propaganda or public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or paraphernalia or symbols similar to Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations) of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for posting a video of a Hizb ut-Tahrir rally in Crimea on Facebook in 2013," Naumliuk said.
He faces up to 15 days in jail or a fine of up to 100,000 rubles ($1,550).
On Jan. 26, the FSB detained lawyer Emil Kurbedinov en route to the house of activist Seiran Saliev, searched by law enforcers.
