 Pro-Russian propagandist Sharii sues lawyer Feygin and Censor.NET over breach of dignity. DOCUMENT (in Ukrainian)

Pro-Russian propagandist Anatolii Sharii has sued lawyer Mark Feigin, Сensor.NET chief editor Yurii Butusov and a number of media outlets that published Feygin's words Sharii sees as degrading his honor and dignity.

Сensor.NET has obtained the appeal Sharii filed in Kyiv's Appeals Court against the decision of the Darnytsia district court of Kyiv to dismiss his suit on the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation over the lack of jurisdiction.

Sharii got offended by Feygin's Twitter post where the lawyer calls him a "Ukrainophobe animal," commenting on his conversation with Nadiia Savchenko.

Sharii and his lawyer consider circulating this post in media as illegal.
