Censor.NET reports citing the statement by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) Staff press center.
"ID check showed that the person was a citizen of the Russian Federation, a resident of the Krasnodar Krai's city of Kurganinsk," the spot report reads.
It is also noted that the documents certifying the detainee's membership in a detachment of the "DPR" terrorists was found on him.
