Austria's Foreign Minister and new OSCE Chairperson Sebastian Kurz says it is necessary to extend the schedule of operations of OSCE monitors in the Donbas. Censor.NET reports citing DW.
"Eastern Ukraine's residents say that when the monitors leave, the shelling commences, in particular, in the night. So it is required to better technically equip the monitoring mission and extend the hours when monitoring occurs, so that we do our best for the cease-fire," Kurz said.
He noted the problem with the cease-fire violations is that of lack of trust between Kyiv and Moscow.
"One '200', one '300'. This is our territory," - 'LPR' militants posted video from OSCE vehicle blast site. VIDEO(0)
