 Eight attacks recorded near Mariupol early this morning, - press-officer Chmil

The militants fired at Ukrainian positions from grenade launchers and heavy machine guns near the village of Pavlopil in the Donetsk region.

Speaker of the Mariupol sector Ivan Chmil told 112 TV Channel, Censor.NET reports.

By 7:00 a.m., eight militants' attacks against anti-terrorist operation (ATO) forces have been recorded in the Mariupol sector. Half of the attacks were reported in the vicinity of Pavlopil.

According to Chmil, the militants fired at Ukrainian positions in Shyrokyne and Hnutove from grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms last night and early this morning.

The press-officer said that Ukrainian troops were forced to fire back from small arms twice.
