He wrote on his Facebook page, Censor.NET reports.
"You are the members of the government of a 40-million European country, Ukraine. Irresponsible statements, premature decisions, opportunism in the development strategy - this is what we have seen over the past several months of the Health Ministry's activities," Todurov wrote.
The doctor stressed that the Health Ministry failed to conduct a 364-million hryvnia worth ($13.48 million) purchase of emergency supplies that could have saved thousands of lives.
"You haven't conducted this purchase. I am absolutely responsibly saying (and can repeat that in court) that your negligence has claimed more lives of Ukrainians than the war of the recent years. Do you realize your responsibility (including criminal) for your negligence? And I am only speaking of the heart program. What about the rest?"
Todurov claims that Suprun's deputy Oleksandr Linchevskyi "has blocked the operation of the Heart Institute. He hasn't signed a single document over the past four months. He has been refusing to open units in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, where the people and the military have no heart surgeons to help them. This is just mockery of the people," Todurov wrote.
He called the Health Ministry staff "animators in a cheap Turkish hotel" and called on them to "run before I sue you."
