Defense Ministry spokesperson for anti-terrorist operation (ATO) issues Oleksandr Motuzianyk told a briefing today, Censor.NET reports.
"Two Ukrainian military were killed and two were injured in action over the past 24-hour period," he said.
"One soldier was killed in battle near the village of Kruta Balka yesterday. Another serviceman was killed and two received injuries in mine clearance operation on the outskirts of Troitske village," Motuzianyk reported.
According to Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, 10,000 Ukrainians have been killed and more than 20,000 wounded since the beginning of the anti-terrorist operation in the Donbas in 2014. As reported by the U.N., the total death toll of the conflict in Ukraine from mid-April 2014 to Dec.1, 2016 is 9,758, with another 22,779 people wounded.
