As reported by Censor.NET, this was said by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Witold Waszczykowski in an interview with Wprost.
"In our opinion, the Minsk agreements will never be fulfilled," he said. "We need to expand the Normandy format since the efforts of such European countries as France and Germany alone cannot make difference in confrontation with Russia," the foreign minister said.
"We are the only EU and NATO member state that borders both the aggressor and the victim of aggression. Any escalation of the situation would affect us," the diplomat said.
As reported, the agreements to resolve the armed conflict in the Donbas were reached in Minsk on Feb. 12, 2015.
