Censor.NET reports citing the latest update by the ATO Staff press center.
The statement reads: "Shyrokyne, Lebedynske, Talakivka and Vodiane in Mariupol direction were shelled with 120 and 82 mm mortars. Novotroitske was fired at with grenade launchers, Shyrokyne - with IFV guns.
"The militants tried to storm our positions near Vodiane, but the fire in response forced them to retreat.
"Our positions on the outskirts of Krasnyi Pakhar village in the Donetsk direction were shelled with 152 mm artillery. Attacks with the use of 122 mm cannons, mortars, weapons of infantry fighting vehicles and large-caliber machine guns were recorded on the outskirts of Luhanske village at Svitlodarsk salient.
"Avdiivka and Verkhniotoretske came under strikes with 120 and 82 mm mortars and grenade launchers of various systems. The invaders once again shelled Myronivka with 152 mm artillery.
"The militants made three attempts to storm our positions at Svitlodarsk salient, but were each time forced to take their wounded and retreat.
"Troitske and Novooleksandrivka in Luhansk direction came under attacks with 120 mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms," the situation report reads.
