This was announced by Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak during the question hour in the parliament, Censor.NET reports.
"A MoD commission is there [in the Svitlodarsk salient] at the moment. I'll make a decision upon the results," he said.
Poltorak also said this year the Ministry of Defense signed a contract for supply of 60 military ambulances, while in the next year the ministry plans to buy another 40 vehicles.
"Today, the military that perform combat missions in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area are provided with means of evacuation based on our capabilities," Poltorak said, adding more ambulances will be purchased if more funds are allocated for that purpose.
Earlier, the soldiers of the 25th Battalion, fighting against Russian hybrid troops in the Svitlodarsk salient, said they did not have a single ambulance to evacuate the wounded.
