 PGO puts Superior Economic Court ex-Head Tatkov suspected of illegally distributing cases on wanted list, - prosecutor Horbatiuk

The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine (PGO) has put on the wanted list ex-Chairman of the Superior Economic Court of Ukraine Viktor Tatkov charged with illegal distribution of cases.

As reported by Censor.NET, PGO's Special Investigation Department Head Serhii Horbatiuk told Ukrainski Novyny.

"He (Tatkov) was put on the wanted list," he said.

On Oct. 18, the Prosecutor General's Office served Tatkov and Superior Economic Court Judge Artur Yemelianov notice of suspicion of illegal interference in the operation of the automated case assignment system.

Tatkov's protection says that the Superior Economic Court ex-head has traveled abroad to receive medical care.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dismissed Tatkov from the post of judge Sept. 29, 2016 since he was subject to the law "On the cleansing of power" (lustration).
