"Most of these 15 persons will be released after being pardoned by the president. He supported the initiative of the Security Service of Ukraine and humanitarian subgroup. The Pardons Commission under the head of state holds a meeting just today. According to Herashchenko, the persons designated to be transferred to the "DPR"/"LPR" include six women, seriously ill and elderly people.
