 Police officers found arms cache in Donetsk region

The ammunition was seized by border guards. The investigation is underway.

Border guards and National police officers have found a cache with a large number of weapons and ammunition in the Donetsk region, Censor.NET reports citing 112 TV Channel.

According to Oleh Slobodian, assistant of the head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the arms cache was set up in a private house in Novhorodske village.

Law enforcers have seized six grenade launchers, grenades with fuses, ammunition, TNT blocks, machine-gun belts of ammunition, rocket to a tank gun and an artificial smoke screen device, Slobodian said.

Criminal proceeding has been opened. The investigation continues.
