"The State Property Fund is demonstrating its inefficiency. The tender for Odesa Port Plant sales showed that this agency is not able to conduct privatization and manage state property efficiently.

"This is not the governmental authority, but I would dismiss all of you who manage the State Property Fund today. If I had these powers, I would fire all of you. I propose that we hear the reports of the leadership by the end of the month and come up with offers to the president," Hroisman said.
