U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said in the NATO Headquarters on Tuesday, Censor.NET reports citing the Department of State press service.
"I made the point to my colleagues that the change of an administration in the United States will not change the unwavering commitment of the United States to these ideals or to our NATO obligations. I am confident that the majority of both parties in the United States - both major parties - are committed to NATO itself and its principles," Kerry said.
He stressed the U.S. will never "support or recognize Russia's purported annexation of Crimea or accept its continued aggression in the eastern part of the country."
He also called on the Russian Federation to fully implement the Minsk agreements.
