"A source told Censor.NET that Judge of Kyiv Court of Appeal Ihor Petryk was detained right in the courtroom of the aforementioned court when he was accepting $5,000 in bribe. Petryk runs for the post of the newly created Supreme Court of Ukraine," the journalist wrote.
Earlier, Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) Nazar Kholodnytskyi announced a judge of the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal was caught red-handed while accepting $5,000 in bribe Dec. 1.
