Matios said on air of 112 Ukraine, Censor.NET reports.
"[Yanukovych is to appear - ed.] on Dec. 5 on PGO's summons handed over to lawyers today, who will show it to suspect Viktor Yanukovych. We hope he will arrive in Ukraine to take part in legal proceedings.
"I think he will have got it by Dec. 1-2. This official document will be delivered at 164 Sotsialisticheskaya Str., 35, Rostov-on-Don. And at his place of residence in the same region," Matios said.
On Nov. 28, Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko read out an indictment against Yanukovych on allegations of treason as he was questioned by the Sviatoshyn district court of Kyiv via videoconferencing from Russian Rostov-on-Don.
