"According to the latest intelligence, tomorrow on Nov. 26, Russian-occupation forces are going to stage provocations in Debaltseve. Pro-Russian media will be offered the picture of mass rallies attended by people brought from different towns and villages," the statement reads.

"Using military equipment with Ukrainian identification marks and yellow-blue flags on the sides and wearing Ukrainian military uniform, occupants will try to discredit the armed forces of Ukraine and the Minsk agreements. There may be casualties among civilians. People have to be very cautious as invaders may go to great lengths so as to prevent Debaltseve from getting back to a peaceful life within Ukraine," the ATO Staff stresses.
