The court has reinstated former "deputy minister" of the so-called "Luhansk People's Republic" Pavlo Malysh as head of the Health Department of the Luhansk Civil and Military Administration.

People's deputy and Advisor to the President of Ukraine for Humanitarian Affairs Olha Bohomolets wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

According to her, Malysh was a member of the standing commission of the Luhansk regional council during the rule of Yanukovych and subsequently became an accomplice of pro-Russian militants.

"In the morning, with the help of Ukraine's 'blind' Themis, Pavlo M. Malysh reassumed his duties as the head of the Health Department of the Luhansk Military and Civil Administration... During the rule of Viktor Yanukovych, he was a member of the standing commission of the Luhansk regional council and head of the health department. Later on, he became 'first deputy health minister in the LPR'," she remarked.

Citing civil volunteers, Bohomolets said that in August 2014 Malysh initiated the establishment of a group of doctors who would give lethal injections to wounded and captive Ukrainian soldiers.

"That's the gift for the anniversary of Maidan from our most fair court which has reinstated our 'hero' that was once captured by Azov fighters. I hope that with the exposure gaining momentum for the second day now, Malysh's stay in the office of Luhansk chief doctor will be short," she noted.
