As reported by Censor.NET, Samopomich MP Olena Sotnyk said it on Facebook and published a reply by the PGO.
"Sabotaging the removal of Novynskyi's immunity is just one of the indications that nobody is going to punish 'the criminal rule'," she wrote.
Sotnyk says the PGO has halted a pre-trial investigation into criminal cases against Yanukovych, Azarov, Lukash, Stavytskyi, Kliuiev, Pshonka, Zakharchenko and many other "equally 'decent' people."
According to her, the PGO says the halt is due to the fact the suspects are at large.
The MP stresses it is for such cases that "conviction in absentia is meant for, which does not require the presence of a suspect."
"In fact, it means that the PGO will be able to resume the investigation only after it "finds" Yanukovych, Azarov and Pshonka, and others. 'The criminal rule' may sleep peacefully..," Sotnyk concluded.
