This was said by Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko at a cabinet meeting, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
"The billing is now suspended. Only 15 percent of Kyiv residents have received heating bills," he said.
According to the official, an error overcharging customers was discovered in the bills.
The deputy prime minister expects Kyivenerho PJSC to recalculate the utility cost and submit correct heating bills to the citizens soon.
