Censor.NET reports citing the operational report of the State Emergency Service as at 7 a.m. Nov. 15.
"On Nov. 14-15 the rescue and repair units of regional power supply services restored power supplies to 860 villages and towns in 13 regions, including the Khmelnytskyi (183 villages), Ternopil (182 villages), Kyiv (104 villages), Ivano-Frankivsk (100 villages), Lviv (64 villages), Vinnytsia (58 villages), Sumy (58 villages), Chernivtsi (53 villages), Zhytomyr (22 villages), Poltava (21 villages), Volyn (10 villages), Kharkiv (four villages), Cherkasy (one village) regions that had been left without power supply due to emergency protection systems turning on after heavy snowfalls on Nov. 12-14," the message reads.
Access to 196 villages in four regions is difficult.
The units of the State Emergency Service have released from snow 2,186 vehicles with 8,149 people in them.
