 Four Ukrainian soldiers wounded over past 24 hours in ATO zone, - Motuzianyk

No Ukrainian soldier was killed, but four servicemen were wounded in the zone of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) on Nov.12.

This was announced by Defense Ministry spokesperson on ATO matters Oleksandr Motuzianyk, Censor.NET reports citing 112 TV Channel.

"No Ukrainian soldier was killed in combat activities, but four soldiers were wounded over the past 24 hours," he said.

According to him, the fighting took place in Stanychno-Luhanskyi district (except for the regional center itself) of the Luhansk sector, as well as near Krymske and Popasna. The militants used mortars and artillery. Most of the shelling happened in the morning. Though, the militants fired day and night.

As for the Donetsk sector, the militants' artillery shelled the village of Tonenke after a long break. Motuzianyk also confirmed the death of a local resident as a result of the shelling. Ukrainian troops fired back.

"As for the Mariupol sector, the enemy has dramatically increased, compared to previous days, the number of attacks at our positions with the use of guns and mortars," he said.
