"At the humanitarian subgroup meeting, the Ukrainian side urged representatives of the occupied areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions to provide correct information about captives. We made a certain compromise proposal on hostage release, discussed specific cases of illegal detentions, expressed concern over the growing number of illegal arrests in the occupied territories over recent weeks. We named all known cases of such detentions," she wrote. "That's all I can say for now, I'll reveal no more details for the sake of result."
