 Ukrainian Army positions came under terrorist fire 31 times yesterday, - ATO press center

Nov. 3, the largest number of provocations was recorded in Mariupol direction.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) in a report posted on Facebook.

"Over the past 24-hour period, Russian occupation troops opened fire upon Ukrainian defenders' positions 31 times.

"In Mariupol direction, 17 provocations against ATO forces were recorded. Near Talakivka, the enemy used small arms; it employed grenade launchers, mortars, and small arms in Shyrokyne and Lebedynske. Near Pavlopil, Vodiane and Krasnohorivka pro-Russian militants fired 82 mm and 120 mm mortars. The enemy continues enhancing its fire in this area by using grenade launchers, machine guns, and snipers.

"In Donetsk direction, seven truce breaches on part of pro-Russian separatists were recorded. In Luhanske, Russian occupation forces employed IFV fire against Ukrainian fighters. In Avdiivka, the enemy conducted provocations with mortars of both calibers, grenade launchers of various systems, machine guns, and small arms.

"In Luhansk direction, the militants violated the truce seven times. Near Syze they used small arms, near Orikhove they employed 82 mm caliber mortars, in Triokhizbenka, Stanytsia Luhanska, Novozvanivka, and Novooleksandrivka they opened grenade launcher fire," the report reads.
