 Ukraine economy shows first-time growth in 2016, - Poroshenko

The president believes the current year is a turning point for the economy.

Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko believes 2016 has been a turning point for the country due to sound growth of the country's economy, Censor.NET reports. The head of state announced at economic forum in Lviv broadcast by 112 Ukraine.

"The current 2016 year is a turning point in many ways. After 14 quarters of economic downfall, Ukraine's economy showed signs of sound growth," the president said.
