The center is located in one of the shopping malls at 31d Slobozhanskyi Ave., 2nd floor, the press office of Interior Ministry's main service center notes.
"Our goal is to provide modern corruption-free high quality service: open offices, the use of online services excluding the human element, as well as the monitoring of the work of employees and customers' feedback. In November we will launch another five service centers that will help minimize graft and speed up the provision of services," Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said.
The main distinctive features of the new Interior Ministry service center include modern technologies, electronic queue, open-plan office and trained customer-oriented staff. The center provides free and paid services falling within the scope of the ministry: the issuance and exchange of driving licenses, registration and re-registration of vehicles, issuance of number plates.
The administrative services provided by the center include the registration of land ownership and rights to real estate, registration of urban development declarations, etc.
