Dobkin rents a land plot (16,823 sq.m.), two houses (1,136 sq.m. and 127.6 sq.m.) and a wine cellar (195 sq.m) in Kharkiv. The MP owns one apartment (44.4 sq.m.) in the city.
Dobkin's wife owns two apartments (78.2 and 79 sq.m.). She also rents a land plot (34,000 sq.m.), and a wood plot (28,500 sq.m.) in the village of Zarichne in the Kharkiv region.
Dobkin declared 10 watches (Rolex, IWC, Patek Philippe, Jaeger LeCoultre, A. Lange & Sohne, Audemars Piguet, Buben & Zorweg), eight rifles, 10 guns, and an item mentioned as 'weapons.'
The MP owns a Toyota Land Cruiser (2007), a Toyota Land Cruiser 200 (2012), a Toyota Land Cruiser 200 (2013). Moreover, he owns two floating crafts and a trailer. At the same time, Dobkin's wife owns Mercedes GL 350 (2012), Volkswagen Multivan (2012), Porsche 911 Turbo (2011), and a trailer.
His wife owns a 90-percent share of the capital of "Triumph" condominium ($2.8M-worth) and a 33-percent share of the capital of "Veres" dacha cooperative ($27,935).
Dobkin received 61,594 hryvnia in salary in 2015, and 248,459 hryvnia in different forms of state benefits and remuneration.
The MP has also received 10M hryvnia as a gift from his father. Dobkin was granted 76,280 hryvnia as a scholarship of Kharkiv honorary citizen. Moreover, he took out a 3.4M hryvnia loan in "Privatbank".
Ukrainian officials are obliged to file an electronic income statement for 2015 before the end of October 2016. The officials may be fined from 17,000 to 51,000 hryvnia or sentenced to two years of imprisonment for falsification of the data.
