Marinka checkpoint was fired upon by pro-Russian militants from small arms last night, Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
"The attack lasted for about half an hour. The militants who conducted the attack were based on the outskirts of the terrorists-controlled village of Oleksandrivka. The border guards didn't fire back," the statement reads.
It was reported yesterday that Marinka checkpoint came under militant fire on Oct.28. The attack started at 10 p.m. on Oct.28 and lasted for about 30 minutes. The checkpoint was closed at that time.
